Region 52 is on the east of Chesterfield County containing Bellwood, Bensley, Chester and Bermuda Hundred area on the James River. Some of the notable neighborhoods include Rivers Bend and Meadowville Landing.
Region 54 covers more than half of Chesterfield County and encompasses most everything south of Hull Street Road. This region contains some great neighborhoods such as Woodland Pond, The Highlands, Chesdin Landing, Summerford, Birkdale and more. Some new neighborhoods that deserve a look include Collington, Hampton Park and Harpers Mill. And, if you’re looking for land, this is the region to search.
Region 62 is one of the most popular in Chesterfield, VA and covers the area between Midlothian Turnpike and Hull Street Road. This region contains some of the area’s largest neighborhoods including Brandermill and Woodlake as well as some of the newest subdivisions such as Magnolia Green, Hampton Park and Westerleigh.
Region 64 is in north Chesterfield and contains the Midlothian and Robious areas. This region is highly sought after due to its close proximity to Richmond and offers some incredible neighborhoods including Hallsley, Tarrington, Salisbury and Founders Bridge.
